Vos produits sont-ils non testés sur les animaux?

Oui, nos produits ne sont pas testés sur les animaux, et aucun des ingrédients de nos formulations n'est soumis à des tests sur les animaux. Nous sommes certifiés par le programme Leaping Bunny.

ORDERS

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

We recommend creating an account and/or logging in before proceeding to checkout. Otherwise, it is possible to check out as a guest.

Do I need to sign in to see my order details?

Yes. If you want to see your orders, you should sign in to the site and go to your account.
You should see your orders under the ‘my orders’ section.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes. for more information, please visit our privacy policy section.

How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order yourself, but we can of course help you.
The order can only be canceled before it has shipped and before our warehouse has started working on the order. After that, we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
If the order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you want to request a cancellation after the order has shipped, you must request a return.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be modified after the order has shipped. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@wonderblush.com.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

I've added the incorrect shipping address, how can I change it?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet and you would like to modify your delivery address, please contact us at support@wonderblush.com and we will help you.

From where do you ship?

We ship from Montreal, Canada.

According to the tracking service, my package was delivered but I did not receive it. What should I do?

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the package, please wait until the end of the day as packages can be marked as "delivered" while still in transit. Wonderblush is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced by the carrier.

Are duties and taxes calculated in the shipping costs? my order?

We offer DDU (delivery duties unpaid). Some countries may be subject to customs fees, import fees and taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can also track your order by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website.

What are the delivery costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders over 65 CAD to Canada.
 
If your order’s value is lower than 65 CAD, you will be charged our flat shipping rate of 7 CAD.

Where does Wonderblush deliver?

We ship to Canada and United States.

Can I ship my order to a post office, APO, FPO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO or freight forwarding addresses.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes but you would need to book an appointment with one of our team members.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit cards (we accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover, diners club, shop pay, apple pay, google pay, bancontact and ideal).
  • Paypal

Why has my payment been refused?

If a transaction fails after authorizing the funds, they will still be reserved in your bank account. Although they have not been debited, they may appear to have been collected.
 
Please, note that this pending transaction can last up to 30 working days, depending on banks and credit providers.
 
The reasons for payment failure may be:
  • the card limit has been reached
  • the card information entered is wrong
  • the card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
  • the billing address does not match with the cardholder details
  • the card does not allow international transactions
  • the card does not allow online transactions
  • depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions
  • the bank has cancelled the purchase due to fraud risk

Which currencies can I shop in?

You can check out in CAD.

Will there be any additional costs to my order?

RETURS AND EXCHANGES

How to return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your Wonderblush product. If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns within 30 days from the shipping date or in-store purchase. In-store returns require a receipt. Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund - including taxes. Gently used or opened products can be returned for store credit.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost, unless a product arrived damaged, defective or was mistakenly sent by us; in such cases we will pay for the return shipping label. When customers request a store credit, we will pay for and provide a return shipping label. We may provide a shipping return label to customers requesting a refund; the cost of the label is then deducted from the refunded amount.


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wonderblush.com with your order number in the subject header.

Can I make an exchange for a more expensive item?

If you would like to exchange your order for a more expensive item, you would receive an invoice for the price difference. as soon as it is paid, your exchange order will be shipped.

Will I be refunded the total amount of my order?

When you return all the items in your order, we will refund you in full.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we issue your refund, the duration of time for it to be processed will depend on your bank. In general, you can expect to see your refund within 14 business days.

I received a faulty product, what should I do?

Oh no! We are sorry about the inconvenience. You are important to us and we do everything we can to check your order prior to shipping. If you have received an incorrect product or your order is missing an item, please email us at support@wonderblush.com immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please include your order number and pictures of the incorrect product(s), if applicable. If your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package so our team can further assist.

Can I exchange my online purchase at the Wonderblush office?

Yes but you would need to book an appointment with one of our team members.

I've received an email from NO FRAUD, what should I do?

NOFRAUD is a third party fraud detection service that ensures there is no fraudulent activity associated with any of our orders.
 
If you received an e-mail from no fraud, it means that your order was flagged. Our team will assess the risk and contact you.
 
To avoid this, we recommend using paypal as your payment method next time you place an order.

I no longer want to receive newsletters, how do I unsubscribe?

At the bottom of each newsletter you receive from us there is a link to unsubscribe.
